Plain-Language Privacy Policy
At Brown Bear Messenger, your child’s safety and your family’s privacy come first. We only collect the minimum information needed to provide our text-only messaging service. That means we collect your name, email, and payment details to verify you as a parent, and we collect your child’s display name and the text messages they send. Kids cannot send photos, videos, voice messages, or location information.
We use this information only to let kids chat safely while giving parents full control. You approve every contact, you can read every conversation, and you can delete messages or accounts at any time. We never sell your data, we never run ads, and we don’t use your child’s information for tracking or profiling.
All data is encrypted and stored securely, and if you delete your child’s account, their information is permanently removed within 30 days. If we make changes to this policy, we’ll notify you directly. For questions or requests about your child’s data, email us anytime at support@brown-bears.com.
